EAFC Social Media Manager

We are looking to recruit a social media manager to lead and develop Edinburgh Accies social media strategy. The successful candidate will be empowered to run our social media accounts with input and support from the clubs operational and rugby groups.

This is a voluntary position ideally suited to a club member or supporter with a passion for Accies and an interest in producing social media content to promote the club or anyone looking to gain some experience managing social media accounts of a sporting organization.

Duties include;

• Developing and implementing social media strategy

• Produce and publish teamsheets for each match

• Publish ad-hoc events and promotional content

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (currently Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)

• Collaborate and assist with wider club communications management

During the season we would expect the role to require approx. 1-2 hours of your time per week.
