Playing membership at Edinburgh Accies is very competitively priced with a number of categories available for players and our coaching, management and support staff.
Each player will receive quality coaching, have access to great facilities and medical support and be eligible to play in any Club XV or VII fixtures for the season 2024/25. The Club offers many further tangible benefits to players once you join (as noted below) which make each membership great value whether you play 1 game for The Entertainers or 20 games for the 1st XV in the season ahead.

All players are expected to become members in order to be selected for any team.
Adult players will receive the same benefits as a Standard Club Member including Voting Rights and a Membership Card which offers a 10% discount on food, drinks, event & facility hire at The Place. Playing members will receive an exclusive additional discount of 10% off all draught lager at The Place (so 20% total). The Club reserves the right to adjust this discount within the membership year.
How Does It Work? Monthly instalments will be drawn automatically each month after the first payment. Playing members will be sent an e-mail for each instalment collected and payments will cease automatically after 4 payments. Playing members will receive full member benefits from the first instalment and this will extend for the full membership year as long as all payments are collected. Playing members can cancel subscriptions at any time with membership benefits ceasing at the time of cancellation.
What Kit Is Included? No kit is included as part of membership. Kit will be available to purchase online and we plan to gift a limited amount of kit depending on wider club sponsorship and fundraising plans.
Player membership rates and benefits are aimed and priced towards younger players and as such we have set an age limit of 35 years. We welcome players beyond this age at all levels but we have found that senior players are traditionally happy to join under one of the Club’s higher fee non-playing memberships as they become financially able to do so, and transition into more social involvement in the Club. All over-35s playing members will receive the same benefits as under-35 players under this membership if joining under one of the options available here.
